Terms of Service

The fellowship is for students in grades 8 to 12. Applicants are asked to give their grade level and school on the application form. We may ask for confirmation of grade level before confirming a seat.

The fellowship runs over three weekends of live sessions delivered on Zoom, led by Harvard undergraduate mentors. Fellows study real cases, write a legal position paper, complete two rounds of LSAT-style logical reasoning practice, debate AI-law ethics, and argue a moot court. Fellows who complete the programme receive a certificate.

Session dates, timings and cohort start dates are shown on the website and may be adjusted where a mentor or scheduling change makes it necessary. Families are notified of any change.

Current fees are $499 for early bird enrolment and $699 for regular enrolment, as shown on the homepage. Where a negotiated or partner specific payment link is issued, the amount shown on that link applies.

Payments are taken online by card through our payment processor, Stripe. A seat is confirmed once payment is received. Prices are in US dollars unless the payment page states otherwise.

Sessions are attended by minors, so conduct rules are applied strictly. By joining a session, students and their parents agree that the student will:

• Join with their real name and treat mentors and other fellows with respect
• Take part from an appropriate setting and dress appropriately when on camera
• Not harass, bully, threaten, or use discriminatory, sexual or abusive language toward anyone
• Not record, screenshot, stream or share any part of a session, or share session materials, links or other participants' details with anyone outside the programme
• Not share session join links with anyone who is not an enrolled fellow
• Submit their own work and not present another person's work as their own
• Follow reasonable instructions from mentors and programme staff

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their child's participation as they see fit.

Fellows who complete the programme receive a certificate co-signed by the programme and Harvard Student Agencies, and leave with a written project.

The programme is run in partnership with Harvard Student Agencies, a Harvard recognized student organization. Sessions are led by Harvard undergraduates. This is not an endorsement by Harvard University itself.

A certificate records participation and completion. It is not an academic credential, a qualification to practise law, and it carries no course credit or admissions advantage at any institution.

Programme materials, including case packets, slides, exercises and written guides, remain the property of the programme and its partners and may not be copied, redistributed or resold.

The programme is educational. We make no guarantee of any particular academic, admission or career outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from participation in the programme is limited to the amount paid for the relevant enrolment, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by a participant's own internet connection or device, or by outages at third party services such as Zoom or our payment processor, though we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule an affected session.

We may remove a student from the programme if:

• The code of conduct above is breached
• Behaviour puts the safety or wellbeing of other participants or mentors at risk
• Session materials or recordings are shared or redistributed without permission
• Payment is not completed or is reversed after a seat is confirmed
• Application information is found to be materially false

Where circumstances allow, we will contact the parent or guardian first and give a chance to resolve the issue. A family may also withdraw a student at any time by writing to us.

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page. Where a change materially affects enrolled families, we will notify them by email, and the terms in force at the time of enrolment continue to apply to that cohort.
