Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the Future Lawyers Fellowship, run by Learn with Leaders, collects from students and parents, why it is collected, and what choices families have.

Information we collect
Through the application, payment and programme processes we may collect:
- Student name, age and grade level
- Student email address and phone number
- Parent or guardian name, email address and phone number
- School name and location (city, state, country)
- Application responses, including short written answers
- Payment information, processed by our payment processor. We receive confirmation of payment, amount, currency and a transaction reference. We do not store full card numbers.
- Basic technical information such as pages visited and the campaign link a visitor arrived from

- Browser storage and cookies used to remember the campaign link a visitor arrived from so an application can be matched to it. The site does not currently run third party advertising or behavioural analytics scripts.
- Live sessions delivered on Zoom, including anything a participant shares there
- Email and WhatsApp messages exchanged with families
- Meeting bookings made through Calendly
Why we collect it
- To review and process applications and confirm seats
- To run the programme, including scheduling, attendance and certificates
- To communicate with students and parents about the programme
- To process payments, issue receipts and handle payment queries
- To keep records of enrolment and completion
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with service providers who help us run the programme:
- Our payment processor, Stripe, for payments and refunds
- Zoom, for live sessions
- Our email delivery provider, for programme and payment emails
- Our WhatsApp messaging provider, when a family communicates with us that way
- Calendly, when a family books a call
- Our database and hosting providers, which store application records securely
We do not sell personal information.

Children's privacy
Students in the programme may be as young as grade 8, so much of the information we hold relates to minors. Applications are expected to be made with the knowledge and involvement of a parent or guardian.

Data security
We use access controlled systems and encrypted connections to protect the information we hold. Access to application and payment records is limited to team members who need it to run the programme. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
A parent, guardian or student may ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold, or ask us to stop sending programme messages. Write to the contact below and tell us the student's name and the email address used on the application so we can find the record. We may ask for confirmation that the request comes from the student or their parent.

We may update this policy as the programme or the tools we use change. The current version is always published on this page. Where a change materially affects how we use family information, we will also notify applicants and enrolled families by email.
